All initial consultations are free of charge and without obligation on the client or company, fees applicable if instructed to proceed are explained, discussed and agreed at the initial consultation. If your mortgage goes ahead we will charge a Broker fee which will be no more than 2% of the mortgage. The amount will be disclosed prior to application and will be paid part on application and part on the completion of your mortgage. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.”
